Finger Food and beers, good news at the restaurant

Since summer time and hot temperatures are coming, we introduced at the restaurant some new ideas.

The first one is an event that will take place every week from June 27 to September:  Friday  Finger Food (# FFF, if you want to use a hashtag on Twitter). Every Friday everyone who will decide to taste a menù of our restaurant, both hotel guest or guest from outside, will enjoy a buffet our best appetizers.  Already included in the price of the menu, of course.

Instead of the usual entrée that our chef always offers at the beginning of the dinner, you can try out our small portions, both sea and meat: from the Parma ham aged 24 months to mussels with beans, from cheese from Maremma to smoked salmon, from the cuttlefish in rocket to shrimp with sweet peppers, and all the fantasy that our kitchen can offer.

The other innovation is the wine list, where you can find ... the beers. There is a page dedicated to some labels "Birre del Borgo", an Italian artisanal brewery that produces many types of beer: many are traditional and many are original or even unusual. Certainly, all the products have an distinctive imagine and a great quality.
