Opening again with taste

We leave the winter behind and, when the spring comes, Hotel Baia d’Argento is ready for a new season.

 

As every year, we open the doors during Easter time and more precisely Thursday 24th march. In the meantime we want to offer our menu for the traditional Easter lunch (€ 45,00 drinks not included):

King prawns in bacon (Colonnata) rolled on Jerusalem artichoke cream

Roulade of Chianina meat with Guttus (blue cheese) mousse and caramelized endives

Rice with saffron and Caldaro (fish soup) sauce

Lasagne with burrata cheese, asparagus and crispy bacon

Lamb chops with Morellino wine sauce and fried artichokes with mint

Nougat parfait and gianduia chocolate sauce
